Your privacy on our American Truck Simulator site

When you sign in with Steam, Overdrive Québec keeps your SteamID and your public Steam name. If you link your Discord to receive mod updates, we also keep its ID. This site sets four technical cookies for your sign-in, with no analytics and no ads. Your deliveries are published only if you share with the community, which is off by default. BlackWolf, who is responsible for your information, answers your questions.

Who answers for it

Who is responsible for your information

This page covers this site and our API, which the launcher and this site use. The American Truck Simulator game server, where you drive in convoy, is outside its scope.

The person responsible for protecting personal information at Overdrive Québec is BlackWolf, its founder and admin.

For a question, or to ask for access to your information, its correction or its erasure, write to him at lebunkerqc@gmail.com.

Steam sign-in

What Steam sign-in gives us

You sign in on Steam’s own page: your Steam password never goes through us. Steam then confirms your account to our API, whether you sign in on this site or in the launcher. Our API then keeps:

  • your SteamID, the number of your Steam account
  • your public Steam name, as your profile shows it
  • a random public ID, which others see instead of your SteamID
  • your role (player, moderator or admin) and your community sharing choice
  • the dates of your first and your latest sign-in

It keeps neither your avatar nor your email address. To keep you signed in, it stores only a fingerprint (SHA-256) of your sign-in tokens, never the tokens themselves.

Your IP address is also used, in memory only, to limit the number of requests per address: our API does not write it to its database.

Member access

Member access and your Discord link

Since launcher 0.7.1, the Overdrive mod and its updates are reserved for members of the Le Bunker QC Discord who hold the American Truck role. To check this, the launcher asks for your Steam account signed in, your Discord account linked and the terms of use accepted. This information is needed to receive the updates; your Discord link also serves the rewards if you take part.

To link your Discord, click “Lier mon Discord” (link my Discord) in the launcher (Logbook, Accès membre card): it gives you a code. You paste it on the Bunker’s Discord with the /lier command. Our bot, already on the server, then sends our API your Discord ID, the date you joined Le Bunker QC and whether you hold the American Truck role. The code works once and expires after 10 minutes. Your Discord password and your Discord tokens never go through us.

For this, our API keeps:

  • your Discord account’s ID, linked to your Steam account, the date you linked it and the date you joined Le Bunker QC (for the rewards’ 2 days rule)
  • the date and result of the latest check of your role: our bot looks every hour, and at once if you leave Le Bunker QC or lose the role
  • the version of the terms of use you accepted, with its date
  • a history of your choices (terms accepted or withdrawn, Discord linked or unlinked, with their date), without your Discord ID

If our bot could not check your role for more than 26 hours, updates wait for its next check.

With the terms accepted, when you drive on our server, your Steam name shows in the server’s player list (launcher and site), as in the game. Without them, and without community sharing, you show as “Camionneur” (trucker).

We keep neither your Discord username, avatar, email, messages, the list of your other servers, nor any Discord token. Nor do we record who downloads what: the launcher’s download authorization lives 15 minutes in memory, never written to our database.

Nothing else is published without your consent: community sharing stays a separate choice, off by default, and is never required to receive the mod.

Members’ videos

Members’ videos (Discord)

If you link your YouTube channel with /video-youtube lier, we keep your Discord ID and the link to your YouTube channel, to post your new videos tagged #overdrivequebec in the videos channel. Nothing else. You can erase everything at any time with /video-youtube retirer, or by writing to the staff; if you leave the server, we unlink your channel. With /video, we only keep the link that was already posted (to avoid duplicates) and the number of shares for the day.

Discord AI help

The Général du Bunker, the Discord AI helper

In the support-ia-bêta channel of Le Bunker QC, you can ask your questions to the Général du Bunker, an artificial intelligence that runs on a server of our own (not at an outside company). It reads only what you write to it in the conversation, without your name or your Discord ID; before it reads it, we also remove email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses and links. It answers you from our help base.

It keeps your conversation in memory for 30 minutes after your last message, then erases it. Nothing is written to disk, nothing is sent to another company, and your messages are not used to train the AI.

What remains: your private thread with it, on Discord, like any other message (the staff can read it to help you and to improve the help base), and numbers with no name attached (how many questions, how many solved).

It is not a human: it can be wrong. The “Je veux un humain” button gives you the staff at any time. You are not required to use it: the besoin-d-aide channel and the staff work as before. A question? lebunkerqc@gmail.com.

The Bunker’s voice assistant

Zoltan in voice chat: what he does with your voice

Zoltan is the AI of the owner of the Le Bunker QC Discord server. He joins a voice channel only when the owner invites him.

He exists only in the Le Bunker QC Discord: he is not in the launcher and is not part of this site.

  • What he collects: the voice of the people in the voice channel he is in, while he is there. Nothing else.
  • Why: to understand what is said to him and to answer.
  • How: your voice is turned into text on a computer of the owner’s, in Quebec. The sound is erased as soon as it is transcribed. The text stays in working memory only, during the session (what was said in the last 5 minutes, to follow the conversation; anything older is erased), then everything is erased when Zoltan leaves. Nothing is recorded, nothing is written to disk and nothing is used to train an AI.
  • Who else sees it: to speak, Zoltan’s answers (his own text) go through Microsoft’s (Edge) voice service, which may be outside Quebec. An answer may repeat a word said in the voice channel, such as a first name. Discord carries the sound under its own policy.
  • What is kept: only the Discord ID of the people who asked to be ignored, to respect their choice. The logs hold numbers only (how many sentences, response time): never text, voice or an ID.
  • No voice recognition: Zoltan knows people by their Discord account, never by their voice.
  • No moderation: he has no power over anyone. If he “punishes” someone, it is a joke.
  • Your choice: type /zoltan-confidentialite. Zoltan ignores you: your voice is no longer processed. To come back: /zoltan-confidentialite choix:Écoute-moi. You can also leave the voice channel.
  • No written message: Zoltan never writes a message (neither in a channel nor in a private message) and reads none. His replies to commands are visible only to you.
  • Questions, access, withdrawal: lebunkerqc@gmail.com.

Cookies

The site’s four cookies

This site sets cookies only when you sign in with Steam, and only these four. They exist for your sign-in, nothing else: none of them follows you from site to site. Signing out deletes them.

Overdrive Québec’s cookies
CookieWhat it doesLifetime
__Host-od_signinKeeps your sign-in going while you are on Steam’s page5 minutes
__Host-od_sessionYour open session on this site1 hour
od_installRenews your session without going back to Steam; sent only to the site’s sign-in addresses14 days
__Host-od_csrfStops another site from acting in your name; the page’s script reads it to send it back to our API14 days

Your browser also keeps, on your device only, your sky choice and whether the intro or the page transition already played. These settings are never sent to our API.

Sharing with the community

What sharing publishes

Sharing with the community is off by default. You turn it on or off in the launcher, whenever you like; this site’s My account page shows your choice. While it is off, the launcher sends nothing about your trips to our API.

When it is on, the launcher sends our API your deliveries (route, cargo, distance, income), your offences and, for the convoy map, your truck’s position while you drive. Anyone can then see:

  • your name and your figures on the weekly and monthly leaderboards
  • your driver card: your delivery and distance milestones, your licence points, your on-time rate, your heaviest load, your favourites and, if you accepted it in the launcher, your truck and how long you have been in your company
  • if you accepted the launcher text that announces it, your position on the convoy map while you drive: signed-in drivers see your name, heading, speed and route there; everyone else sees only an anonymous marker, rounded to the kilometre

Never your SteamID: people know you by your name and your public ID. Our API forgets your position after 2 minutes and never writes it to its database.

If you turn sharing off, your name leaves the live leaderboards at the next computation, within 60 seconds for the current week and month and 5 minutes for past months, and your driver card goes away. The published copy of the Leaderboards page, the one search engines read, keeps it until the site’s next update. What you already shared stays on our API, not shown, until you erase it; only your truck is erased at once.

Cards and highlights

Cards and weekly highlights (if you share your Logbook)

Your card shows what the leaderboards already show about you: your Steam name, your company, your deliveries, your kilometres and your earnings (this week and since you arrived), your longest deliveries (distance, cities, cargo, earnings, never the date), your category, your side of the leaderboard (verified or not), your licence and your Logbook (green or red). It is in the launcher and on the site, but it is never offered to search engines.

On Mondays, the Discord bot names the best drivers of the week in each category and, for fun, the “worst driver” (the one who lost the most points). You can opt out of the “worst driver” in your launcher: we keep only that choice, until you change it.

If you stop sharing, your card disappears at once from the launcher and the API, and from the site at its next rebuild (the next day at the latest).

Staff notes

Staff notes and the convoy calendar

Overdrive Québec’s moderators and owner may write a short note about a player (for example “warned in voice chat about red lights”). Why: to remember a warning or a check already made, so decisions stay fair and nobody is punished twice. What it holds: the staff member’s text, who wrote it and when. Who sees it: the staff only, never other players. How long: 1 year at most, then it is deleted automatically. If you click “Effacer mes données du serveur” (erase my data from the server), the notes about you are erased too. The staff journal only keeps that a note was added, never its text.

The convoy calendar: the names of a convoy’s host and mentor, typed by the staff themselves, show on the site, on Discord and in the launcher. No player data is added to it.

Staff statistics

Offence statistics for the staff

Overdrive Québec’s moderators and owner see, for each day, a summary of the game offences your launcher sent while you share: who got which fines, how many, and whether the game’s fines were switched on in your options. They see it with the name you already share on the boards. Why: to spot abuse (for example running many red lights, repeatedly avoiding weigh stations, or switching the fines off to avoid their effects) and to keep the boards fair. Nothing new is collected or kept: this is the data you already share, added up by the server. Other players only see totals (for example “12 red lights this week”), never a name, and only when enough drivers are counted. A daily summary is also sent to the staff’s private channel on Discord. If you stop sharing, your offences are no longer in the summaries or in the totals; if you click “Effacer mes données du serveur” (erase my data from the server), they are erased from the server.

Streamers

The streamer agreement

A streamer who joins the program gives written consent, box by box. Here is the text they accept, word for word. We keep their consent in our database, tied to their Steam account, with the date and the text’s fingerprint.

Overdrive Québec streamer agreement, version 2

  1. What we keep: your display name, your platforms and the addresses of the channels you give us (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok), your languages, your Discord username, your answers to the questionnaire (games, schedule, audience if you give it, whether you want a private section) and, if you give it, an email to reach you. If you fill in your profile: your tagline, your introduction, your games and style, your public schedule, your goals, your favourite truck and route, your broad region, and your photo or picture if you send one. It is tied to your Steam account, with your choices and their dates.
  2. Where we show you, only where you tick, each choice on its own: the streamers list of the overdrivequebec.ca site (your name, platforms, languages and the links to your channels); your profile page on the site (your name, channels, languages and your profile’s answers); your photo or picture; the Overdrive launcher; later, the in-game billboards. None of these choices is required.
  3. A moderator reviews your registration, then every change to your profile and photo, before they show. They may refuse a text or an image that breaks the rules; you see why.
  4. What the public never sees: your Steam account, your Discord username, your email and your private questionnaire answers. Only the staff sees them, to review your application, give you your role on the Discord and reach you. Your region is never more precise than a broad region.
  5. Your photo: if it is a photo of you, you confirm it is you, that you are alone in it and that you are 18 or older. We crop it and remove the file’s hidden information (location, device); we do not keep the original file.
  6. Your approved registration is valid for 30 days; you renew it on the streamers page. If you do not renew, you leave the site and the launcher the day after your last day. 30 days later your registration is closed and all your data is erased, your profile and photo included.
  7. To untick a choice or withdraw: on the streamers page, signed in. It leaves the next publication within a day at most, and the in-game billboards at the next version of the mod; the staff removes your role and your section on the Discord. Your profile and photo are erased at once; the rest 30 days after you withdraw or after a refusal. “Erase my data” erases everything at once.
  8. Your page can be read by search engines and AI assistants; after you withdraw, a copy may stay in their caches for a while, outside our control.
  9. We sell nothing and share nothing: this data is given to no one else.

Fingerprint (SHA-256) of this text: 92503f16abbcea193a356b5b3f4bae100557b480400ee56994f86ae731dc1f5a

The streamer profile

The profile is optional. You may put in a tagline, an introduction, your games and style, your public schedule, your goals, your favourite truck and route, a broad region (never a city) and a photo or picture. A moderator reviews every text and every picture before they show.

  • Your photo is redone by our server: cropped square, turned upright, its hidden information (location, device) removed. We never keep the original file.
  • A photo of yourself is accepted from 18 only, and alone in the picture; at 16 or 17, send a logo or an avatar.
  • Your profile and photo are erased at once if you leave, untick the box, the staff removes them or you click “Erase my profile”; otherwise when your registration closes, 30 days after your last day.
  • The “Report this profile” button keeps the signed-in player’s reason and note for the staff only, never their name in front of the streamer; the report is erased 30 days after it is handled, or after it is sent if it was not handled.
  • Your page can be read by search engines and AI assistants; after you leave, a copy may stay in their caches for a while, outside our control.

Sharing your driving

Sharing your driving (sharing text 5)

A separate choice, in the launcher only. The launcher asks once; you can also tick or untick « Mes réglages de conduite, mes km et mon temps de jeu » in your Logbook. If you refuse, you keep sharing exactly as before. The site cannot accept this text for you.

If you had accepted text 4: it stays valid. You keep sharing exactly what it covers (never your main profile, the game clock or your public Logbook badge) until you accept text 5, which the launcher asks you. If you refuse text 5, you keep text 4.

The sharing text is reproduced word for word below: that text is what you accept, not a summary.

What we receive, only if you accepted

  • Your driving settings level (Arcade, Normal, Semi-realistic, Realistic or your own mix), whether the non-synchronised gearbox is on, and the gearbox type the game says you use (arcade, automatic, manual or H-shifter).
  • For each game run: that level, a fingerprint of your settings (a code computed from them, not the settings themselves), the start and end time.
  • Whether the game’s fines are on in your options, and since when: read in each profile’s settings file when the game starts, after it closes, when the launcher opens and every time the game writes that file again during a game run. We receive it for each profile, with each delivery, and for each game run (the state from start to end, and the profile you played).
  • Your game profiles are never named: each one becomes a code computed on your PC with a key that never leaves your PC.
  • Your main profile (the one you choose in the Logbook): its code (never its name) and when you chose it.
  • When a profile’s game clock goes back during a game run: by how many minutes and when. Nothing else is read from your save.
  • Your odometer kilometres and your play time (game open and not paused), day by day, midnight Québec time.
  • For each delivery: the contract’s market, the pay offered before penalties, the planned kilometres, the cargo’s code, the experience (XP), your settings level and gearbox type during the delivery.
  • When you accept: what the launcher had already noted on your PC (your deliveries of this week and last week, your kilometres, play time and game runs of the last 14 days).
  • The summary of each day of your Logbook (driving hours, breaks, inspections, offences of the day).
  • We never read your saves or profiles for this: only the game’s settings files and what the game sends the launcher while you drive.

Why

  • To rank you with drivers who play with settings like yours.
  • To check that the numbers add up (pay, experience, distance, time) and give you a "verified" or "not verified" status. If you lose it, you see why.
  • The boards, the permit and the Logbook count only with the game’s fines on, from 48 hours after you turn them on, and a game run counts only if they stayed on from start to end.
  • Only your main profile counts on the boards, from 48 hours after a change.
  • When a profile’s game clock goes back, it means another save was loaded: you then move to the unverified board.

How long we keep it

  • As long as the text stays accepted.
  • Your game runs (settings at the start and at the end): 90 days.
  • Your kilometres and play time day by day: 400 days (a full year of boards).
  • The summary of each day of your Logbook: 400 days, like your km.
  • Fines, for each profile: its current state and since when, the first state the server received and when, and the moment the server saw that state change. Erased with the rest, or after 400 days without news of that profile.
  • Fines during each delivery: kept with the delivery (erased with the rest of this text).
  • Fines during each game run (from start to end) and the profile played: 90 days, with the run.
  • Our database’s encrypted backups: 30 days (as for everything else).

Who sees what

  • Other truckers, under your Steam name: your category on the boards (your settings level), whether you are verified, your driven kilometres of the week and in total on your card, and whether you are on the boards.
  • On the boards, the other players see your Logbook badge (green or red), never the detail of your days.
  • The rest (kilometres day by day, play time, settings fingerprints, offered pay, your fines state, your main profile, the game clock, the detail of your days) is only used for the computations and by the staff.
  • Others never see your fines option. Your public card shows your permit (your points out of 15, suspended or not) only while it is active; otherwise it has no permit line. You see everything in your launcher.
  • We sell nothing and give this data to no other company.

Your rights

  • Access: for a copy of what we keep about you, write to BlackWolf at lebunkerqc@gmail.com.
  • Correction: write to the same address; the launcher can also send your numbers again (wrong numbers are refused, never guessed). If you had already started a new save before the rankings question, the staff can validate you "as a new save": write to them.
  • Withdrawal: untick « Mes réglages de conduite, mes km et mon temps de jeu » in your Logbook, or stop sharing with the community. Everything this text added is erased from the server at once. Offline, the launcher keeps your withdrawal and sends it again until the server takes it.
  • Erasure: « Effacer mes données du serveur » in the launcher erases everything. The encrypted backup copies erase themselves within 30 days at most.
  • If we change the text or stop this feature, what the old text allowed us to keep is erased automatically for those who did not accept the new one, once the server no longer accepts the old text.
  • If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Who is responsible and where it is hosted

  • The person in charge of the protection of personal information of Overdrive Québec is BlackWolf, its founder and administrator: lebunkerqc@gmail.com.
  • The server and the database: on the owner’s own servers, in Québec (Canada).
  • Cloudflare routes the traffic of this site and of our API (in the United States, as the page already says).

The sharing text, word for word

This is the text the launcher shows you. The server only accepts the text whose fingerprint it knows.

Sharing your driving: settings, kilometres and play time

  1. This text adds to what you already share with the Overdrive Québec community (your deliveries, your distance, your permit points and, if you accepted them, your truck and your live position). It is a separate choice: if you refuse, you keep sharing exactly as before.
  2. Your driving settings level: Arcade, Normal, Semi-realistic, Realistic or your own mix, whether the non-synchronised gearbox is on, and the gearbox type the game says you use (arcade, automatic, manual or H-shifter).
  3. The launcher reads your settings in the game’s files when the game starts and after it closes. For each game run, it sends that level, a fingerprint of your settings (a code computed from them, not the settings themselves) and the start and end time of the run.
  4. Whether the game’s fines are on in your options, and since when: the launcher reads it in each profile’s settings file when the game starts, after it closes, when the launcher opens and every time the game writes that file again during a game run. Why: the boards, the permit and the Logbook count only with fines on, from 48 hours after you turn them on, and a game run counts only if they stayed on from start to end. What is kept: for each profile, its current state and since when, the first state the server received and when, and the moment the server saw that state change (erased after 400 days without news of that profile); the state during each delivery (kept with the delivery); and for each game run, the state from start to end and the profile you played (erased after 90 days with the run). All of it is erased with the rest. Who sees what: other truckers never see your fines option; your public card shows your permit (your points out of 15, suspended or not) only while it is active, otherwise it has no permit line. You see everything in your launcher.
  5. Your game profiles are never named: each one is replaced by a code computed on your PC with a key that never leaves your PC.
  6. Your main profile (the one you choose in the Logbook): its code (never its name) and when you chose it. Why: only your main profile counts on the boards, from 48 hours after a change.
  7. When a profile’s game clock goes back during a game run: by how many minutes and when. Why: it means another save was loaded; you then move to the unverified board. Nothing else is read from your save.
  8. Your driven kilometres and your play time, day by day (midnight, Québec time): the kilometres your truck really drove on the odometer, delivered or not, and the minutes the game was open and not paused.
  9. For each delivery: the contract’s market (freight, cargo, quick job…), the pay the contract offered before penalties, the planned kilometres, the cargo’s code, the experience (XP) the game gave you, your settings level and your gearbox type during that delivery.
  10. When you accept, the launcher also sends what it already noted on your PC: your deliveries of this week and last week, and your kilometres, play time and game runs of the last 14 days.
  11. The summary of each day of your Logbook (driving hours, breaks, inspections, offences of the day).
  12. The summary of each day of your Logbook: kept 400 days, like your km. On the boards, the other players see your Logbook badge (green or red), never the detail of your days.
  13. Why: to rank you with the drivers who play with settings like yours, and to check that the numbers add up (pay, experience, distance, time). The server gives you a “verified” or “not verified” status from this data; if you lose it, you see why.
  14. Who sees what: the other truckers see, under your Steam name, your category on the boards (your settings level), whether you are verified, and your driven kilometres of the week and in total on your card. The rest (your kilometres day by day, your play time, your settings fingerprints, the offered pay) is only used for the computations and by the staff.
  15. How long: as long as this text stays accepted. Your game runs (settings at the start and at the end) are erased after 90 days, and your kilometres and play time day by day after 400 days (to keep a full year of boards). If you untick “Mes réglages de conduite, mes km et mon temps de jeu” in your Logbook, stop sharing, or if the server no longer accepts this text, everything this text adds is erased from the server at once. “Erase my data” erases everything. The server’s encrypted backup copies erase themselves within 30 days at most.
  16. To be honest: this data comes from your PC. “Verified” means “consistent with everything we measure”, not a proof. We never read your saves for this.
  17. We sell nothing and we give this data to no other company.
  18. Your rights: to see what we keep about you or have it corrected, to know who is responsible for it, how to reach us and where it is hosted, see the Privacy page: overdrivequebec.ca/confidentialite/

Launcher rewards

The launcher’s rewards

The rewards are open. This section says what applies, and only if you accept the rewards text in the launcher (version 3).

After your consent, and only for the rewards, our API receives and keeps:

  • your driving time (truck moving, game not paused), the odometer and the game’s clock, once a minute while you play. Nothing else: not your position, not your profile, not your saves
  • a mark of your PC, to allow one win per PC per day: a fixed pseudonym, the SHA-256 fingerprint of the Windows installation ID with a launcher prefix, then an HMAC fingerprint computed by our server. It is not anonymous data
  • your presence on the Overdrive server: your Steam name, compared every minute with the game server’s player list
  • your Discord link, the member access one, which also serves here: your Discord ID, the date of the link, the date you joined Le Bunker QC (for the 2 days rule) and, every hour, whether you still have the American Truck role, with the time of that check. Your Discord account’s age is computed from its ID at draw time, not kept separately
  • the date you confirmed you are 16 or older and live in Canada
  • each draw: the day, the chance, the result, the time and a salt, with your Steam account and your PC’s mark

How long we keep them:

  • your play time per day: 60 days. Your last session, used only to follow your time from one minute to the next: erased after 1 day
  • a losing draw: your Steam account and your PC’s mark are erased from it after 60 days; the line stays, without them
  • a win: your Steam account and your PC’s mark stay, to hand you your key and check for abuse, as long as the public draw log exists, so it can always be checked
  • the history of Discord links (which Overdrive account used which Discord account, and when): 90 days after the link ends, against fake accounts, without your Steam account if you erase your data

If you win, it is public: your public name, your public ID, the game you won and the draw’s line stay in the public log, and the win is announced in the Le Bunker QC Discord (your name and the game, never the key). Your name is no longer shown if you withdraw your consent, or if your account is hidden or banned; your public ID stays in the log’s line, which cannot change.

To review a win, the staff sees your name, your public ID, your account’s age, how long your Steam name has stayed the same, how long your Discord has been linked, and how many accounts used the same Discord and the same PC. Never your SteamID, never your key.

Game keys are encrypted (AES-256-GCM), and the encryption key is neither in our database nor in its backups.

For the rewards, Discord (United States) also serves: our bot reads your role in Le Bunker QC there, and wins are announced there.

Your rights: withdrawing your consent, in the launcher, erases your play time. “Effacer mes données du serveur” (erase my data from the server) erases everything that is yours, withdraws your announcements not yet posted and cancels a win not yet claimed; the public log keeps its lines, without your Steam account or your PC’s mark.

What this site does not do

No analytics, no ads, no selling

This site has no analytics and no ads, and loads no script, font or content from another site: its security policy allows only its own files. Links to Steam, GitHub or Discord are plain links. We never sell your information.

Three companies see part of your data go by. Steam (Valve) confirms your sign-in on its own page, under its own rules. Discord, if you link your account: our bot reads your Discord ID, the date you joined and your role in Le Bunker QC there. Cloudflare carries the traffic of this site and of our API. All three are in the United States.

How long

How long we keep what

  • Your account (SteamID, name, sharing choice) and what you shared: until you erase them.
  • The cookies: the lifetimes in their table.
  • Your position on the convoy map: 2 minutes, in memory only.
  • The web server’s log, which records each visit (IP address, page asked for, time, browser): files of at most 50 MB, started anew each day, each deleted after 14 days at most.
  • Our API’s log, which names players by their public ID: at most 5 files of 10 MB, the oldest lines deleted first.
  • The encrypted backups of our database: 30 days. After an erasure, your data leaves every copy within 30 days.
  • The moderators’ action log, which also records each erasure: kept with no time limit.
  • A streamer’s registration, consent, profile and photo: as long as they are in the program. Their profile and photo are erased at once if they leave, untick the box or the staff removes them; the rest 30 days after they leave or are declined. If they do not renew, everything is erased 30 days after their last day.
  • Your Discord ID, the date you joined Le Bunker QC and the latest check of your role: while your Discord is linked. Deleted at once when you unlink it or erase your data, and automatically after 12 months without a launcher sign-in.
  • After a Discord link ends, the pair of Steam number and Discord number: 90 days, so that one Discord account cannot move from one account to another. If you erase your data, your Steam number is removed from it at once.
  • Your acceptance of the terms of use (version and date): while it holds. Deleted when you withdraw your consent or erase your data.
  • The history of your member-access choices: 12 months, then deleted automatically; at once if you erase your data.
  • What the “Sharing your driving” text adds (game runs, kilometres, play time, fines state): the durations in its own section, above.
  • Staff notes about a player: 1 year at most, then deleted automatically; at once if you erase your data.

Your rights

Access, correction, withdrawal and erasure

  • Access: the My account page shows your name, your role and your sharing choice, and the launcher shows your deliveries and your licence. For a copy of everything else, write to us.
  • Correction: your name comes from your public Steam profile. Change it in Steam, and our API reads it again at a later sign-in. To correct anything else, write to us.
  • Withdrawing your consent: turn community sharing off in the launcher, whenever you like.
  • Erasure: in the launcher, “Effacer mes données du serveur” (erase my data from the server) erases your deliveries, your offences, your weeks, your company invitations and requests, your seat in a company (a company you manage is disbanded), your sign-in tokens, your Discord link, your acceptance of the terms and the history of your member-access choices. What stays is your SteamID with no name, and a ban or a role a moderator gave, so that an erasure cannot lift a ban.
  • Leaving as a streamer: the “Leave the program” button on the Your account page or the program page. You are out of the site’s next publication, within a day at most; your profile and photo are erased at once. “Erase my profile” erases them without removing you.
  • Unlinking your Discord or withdrawing your consent: the launcher’s “Délier mon Discord” (unlink my Discord) and “Retirer mon accord” (withdraw my consent) buttons, whenever you like. Unlinking deletes your Discord ID at once. You then stop receiving new versions of the mod; files already installed stay on your PC.
