Streamer program

The Overdrive Québec streamer program on American Truck Simulator

Do you stream your American Truck Simulator sessions? Join the Overdrive Québec streamer program: your channel shows on this site, in the launcher and, later, on the in-game billboards, you announce your lives on our Discord and you can get your own private section there. A moderator reviews every registration, and you can leave whenever you like.

What you get

What the program gives you

  • Your channel on the overdrivequebec.ca site, with your name, your platform and your languages.
  • Your channel in the Overdrive launcher, which drivers open before every convoy.
  • Later, your name on the in-game billboards, if you agree.
  • One “I’m live” post a day on our Discord, to bring people to your channel.
  • If you want it, your own private section on our Discord.

Your section on the Discord

Your community, without running a server

Don’t feel like setting up and watching over your own Discord server? Our Discord, Le Bunker QC, is a Québec community of over 150 members, for ages 16 and up, managed and kept safe by our moderators. We open a category of your own there:

  • You run it yourself and choose the members who get in.
  • A “Salon d’attente” voice channel welcomes the people waiting to get in.
  • You get moderation powers, only within your section.
  • The Overdrive Québec staff looks after the whole server, your section included.

The rules

The rules for section managers

  1. Your section follows the Overdrive Québec rules and Discord’s: nothing hateful, illegal or sexual.
  2. Your moderation powers apply only within your section: you leave the rest of the server alone.
  3. You treat everyone with respect; a conflict is settled with the staff, not with your powers.
  4. No selling access, no ads for other servers, no spam.
  5. One “I’m live” post a day, in the channel made for it.
  6. The staff keeps access to every section and can step in at any time.

Sanctions

Abuse (powers used outside your section, harassment, spam, forbidden content) leads, depending on how serious it is, to a warning, the loss of your powers, the closing of your section, then your removal from the program. A serious case can lead straight to a ban from the server.

Sign-up

Join the program

Sign in with Steam, fill in the form and tick where you want to be shown: each box is a choice of its own, and none is required. A moderator reviews your application, then the staff gives you your role on the Discord.

Your approved registration lasts 30 days. Every 30 days, come back to this page, signed in with Steam, and click “Renew” to keep streaming in the Le Bunker QC community: otherwise you leave the site and the launcher the day after your last day. A reminder shows here 7 days before the end. If you do not renew, your registration is closed 30 days after the end and all your data is erased, your profile and photo included.

From 2 to 24 characters: letters (accents allowed), digits, spaces and simple punctuation. The “_” is not accepted here. Only your name and one channel are required.

Your channels

At least one. Paste your channel’s address (for example twitch.tv/your_name) or just your username: we handle the rest. Leave a channel empty if you don’t want it shown.

You stream in

For example: Tuesday and Thursday, 8 pm.

Without a Discord username, no Streamer role and no private section. Never published.

Your agreement

Overdrive Québec streamer agreement, version 2

  1. What we keep: your display name, your platforms and the addresses of the channels you give us (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok), your languages, your Discord username, your answers to the questionnaire (games, schedule, audience if you give it, whether you want a private section) and, if you give it, an email to reach you. If you fill in your profile: your tagline, your introduction, your games and style, your public schedule, your goals, your favourite truck and route, your broad region, and your photo or picture if you send one. It is tied to your Steam account, with your choices and their dates.
  2. Where we show you, only where you tick, each choice on its own: the streamers list of the overdrivequebec.ca site (your name, platforms, languages and the links to your channels); your profile page on the site (your name, channels, languages and your profile’s answers); your photo or picture; the Overdrive launcher; later, the in-game billboards. None of these choices is required.
  3. A moderator reviews your registration, then every change to your profile and photo, before they show. They may refuse a text or an image that breaks the rules; you see why.
  4. What the public never sees: your Steam account, your Discord username, your email and your private questionnaire answers. Only the staff sees them, to review your application, give you your role on the Discord and reach you. Your region is never more precise than a broad region.
  5. Your photo: if it is a photo of you, you confirm it is you, that you are alone in it and that you are 18 or older. We crop it and remove the file’s hidden information (location, device); we do not keep the original file.
  6. Your approved registration is valid for 30 days; you renew it on the streamers page. If you do not renew, you leave the site and the launcher the day after your last day. 30 days later your registration is closed and all your data is erased, your profile and photo included.
  7. To untick a choice or withdraw: on the streamers page, signed in. It leaves the next publication within a day at most, and the in-game billboards at the next version of the mod; the staff removes your role and your section on the Discord. Your profile and photo are erased at once; the rest 30 days after you withdraw or after a refusal. “Erase my data” erases everything at once.
  8. Your page can be read by search engines and AI assistants; after you withdraw, a copy may stay in their caches for a while, outside our control.
  9. We sell nothing and share nothing: this data is given to no one else.

None of these boxes is required. With no box ticked, you can still have your Streamer role on the Discord.

Your profile

The content rules for your profile

Your profile follows Overdrive Québec’s rules and Discord’s. Refused: private information (last name, address, phone, school, employer), a link or an address in the text, hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content, harassment, advertising (other servers, promo codes, casinos, betting), a picture with other people, a picture that imitates someone else or uses a brand that is not yours. A moderator may refuse or remove a profile; you always see why.
